Trading account type: Since this is a Scalper, best account type which is highly recommended is a low-spread, low commission account.

Money Management: Conservatively, use 0.01 lots for every $500 balance.

Alternatively, follow the signal i.e. use 0.01 for every $100 of your balance. Scaling at 0.04 for every 500 after $1000 balance and so on.

Observe even stricter money management. MM is the only way to make money in the market.

When you observe good money management, you are in control of what you can control in this business i.e. your money. When we lose a trade, it is not the end of the world, take loses as the expenses or cost of your business.
