This signal is used by one of the latest versions of a multi-currency advisor, which combines many simple strategies working simultaneously. Each strategy is based on a simple algorithm for trading during market moments with increased volatility. Each strategy has been optimized over the past ten years.

The advisor uses the statistical principle of “the crowd is right”: it averages signals from different strategies and opens market positions in the preferred direction.

This principle, together with simultaneous work on correlated trading instruments, can greatly increase resistance to unfavorable phases of the market and the uniformity of distribution of periods of growth.

Currently the advisor works on 10 major currency pairs EUR-GBP-AUD-USD-CAD. The sizes of opened positions are selected automatically so that the drawdown does not exceed 25%. This parameter is based on testing data over the last 10 years, and the actual drawdown that may occur during further work may differ slightly from the stated one, both smaller and larger.
