This system trades the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index. It trades those indices as a CFD (contract for difference) on an account at Oanda Europe.
CFD trading on Metatrader is supported by other brokers too. You may have to map the symbol names.
For my account at Oanda the Russell 2000 has symbol name US2000USD and the S&P 500 has symbol name SPX500USD.
The system is based on a mean reversion strategy. It is traded automatically by an EA (trading robot).
The lotsize that I trade is based on my account balance. You will have to scale the lotsize to your own account size.
