I am trading XAUUSD (Gold) using a self-developed Expert Advisor (EA).
**EA Strategy**: Price Action + News Filter
The system generates high-quality signals with an accuracy rate of up to 98%, with most trades closing within minutes. It features low drawdown and a consistent monthly profit target of over 10% every month, suitable for prop firm. Average return of 1%/day, 30%/month.
The account will be fully managed by my EA, with no manual trading involved, hence result is very consistent. The trading settings will always remain at 0.01 lot size, so you just need to adjust the multiplier based on your account capital.
This strategy has successfully passed evaluations from FTMO, AxiSelect, The Forex Funder, E8 Markets, and The 5%ers. It has been backtested with 4 years of historical data, with the following recommended settings:
- ECN/Standard account (strategy is not sensitive to spread)
- Minimum capital: USD 300
- Leverage: 1:500
- Lot size: 0.01 lot per USD 300 equity
