Lot sizes are calculated using TheForexMaster's total account balance and points of risk tolerance (Total Balance/30,000 = Lot Size). Example: if the total balance is: $5,000/30,000 = 0.16 lots max. It means that you won't loose your trade unless the market moves 30,000 points or 3,000 pips against you. Points of 40,000/50,000 & 60,000 may also be used in the calculation of lot sizes depending on current market conditions. We also have a plan B, which is hedging. When a trade reach a risk percentage, another trade is triggered on the opposite direction to cover any drawdown with profit. This helps your account stay safe with a low drawdown percentage.
