Strata Forex is an Order Flow Trading system operating on a Weekly, Daily and Intra-day basis across most currency pairs. This is a trend following system with consistent monthly returns of around 5% at low risk and leverage...
One important thing to note is that stop losses and profit targets are not arbitrary. Instead, I use the recent Daily and Intra-day support or resistance to set the trading range.
Stops losses will vary for between 40 to 90 pips for the intraday system, up to around 200 pips for the daily system and 300 pips for the weekly system (using smaller lot sizes for the weekly) - **Please note these SL's are just a guide not a rule.
Risk is set at around 1% up to a maximum of around 2% per trade, so please adjust your settings accordingly. Only 3 trades are possible per pair, 1 for the weekly signal, 1 for the daily signal and 1 for the intra-day signal.
Weekly and Daily systems are targeting large moves up to 400+ pip moves, and trades will be open for a number of days. The intra-day system is be looking for shorter moves of up to 150 pips max typically.
After I set my SL's i like to let trades run as long as possible. SL's are moved each day to lock in profits and protect against sudden reversals.
A range of major/ minor US pairs along with CAD and JPY crosses are traded, natural hedging occurs most of the time and draw downs are typically small and the recovery rate has been around 2 to 4 weeks in the past.
This system will perform at its best during strong trends.
