Manual trading only. I don't use a bot, and I don't chase trades. Either I win or I lose. I don't currently trade a huge amount. Just when I see something worth taking.
Always set a SL and TP (when I monitor my trades, they don't often hit the TP - it depends on how I see the trade going). Sometimes, I also trail my SL down, to try and maximise my profits. However, that's mostly when I am following my trades closely.
