For anyone using the moon calendar hope you have a successful month ahead.
I want to share a little about money management in trading. I think many talented people here have good money management, but I want to share my way.
Again, the signal I open in mql5 is high risk and high DD. I hope you can think carefully before copying it.
Okay, let's start with the money. For example, you have $1000 to invest in the forex market, and you think you can gain $10,000 or $100,000 in a short time :))
Wake up and give up your trader career. You should go to the casino and pray to God. God may give you a Royal Flush.
Okay, so what do we do with $1000?
Firstly, please ensure that it is your idle cash and that you can accept losing all of this.
Secondly, divide it into two parts; you can use $500 to invest or trade and keep your $500 in the account. If you lose, use it to recover your equity.
And luckily, you double your account and have $500 more. At this time, withdraw your first $500 deposit. We start again, and you trade with your profit, not your money.
One day God bless you, and you gain four times of account. Now you have $2000. You can spend $500 to reinvest and increase the equity, $500 for a backup account, and $1000 for you (enjoy your achievement)
That is the way I manage the money, maybe a slow increase but safe
