The strategy is a combination of algos being; Trend following and Mean reversion automated trading in the H4 chart.
The algo runs for a certain period to avoid deterioration and then optimized again based on Back- and forward testing.
Only the pairs that comply with certain criteria are chosen for trading.
Each pair has been tested for statistical significance using the P-value.
Each pair has to achieve a minimum result after testing to be chosen.
Trading is done with the S&P500 and the 28 major/minor currency pairs which are based on the 8 major currencies:
1. US Dollar (USD)
2. Euro (EUR)
3. Japanese Yen (JPY)
4. British Pound (GBP)
5. Swiss Franc (CHF)
6. Canadian Dollar (CAD)
7. Australian Dollar (AUD)
8. New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
